NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to a Final Default Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure entered on March 3, 2014, in case number 2013-CA-007184, of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida wherein Gamble Creek, L.C., a Florida limited liability company, is the Plaintiff and M. Pete McNabb, Inc., a Florida corporation and Twin Rivers Association, Inc., a Florida non-profit corporation, are the Defendants. The Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash via the foreclosure sales conducted via internet at www.manatee.realforeclose.com on the 17th day of April, 2014, at 11:00 a.m., the following described property in Manatee County, Florida, as set forth in the said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lots 4056 and 4071, TWIN RIVERS, PHASE IV, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 50, Page 173, Public Records of Manatee County, Florida
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE FINAL JUDGMENT AND FORECLOSURE SALE MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
