Morgan Mortgage Acquisition Trust 2007-CH5, Asset Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-CH5, is the Plaintiff and Kenya Swilley, North Orange Estates Homeowners Association, Inc.,Tenant # 1 also known as Devon Swilley, Tenant # 2 also known as Brittney Swilley,, are defendants, the Manatee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, Manatee County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 27th day of March, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
