NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 16, 2013, and entered in Case No. 41-2011-CA-007884 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CWABS, INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-2 is the Plaintiff and Theotis Ingram Jr. A/K/A Theotis L. Ingram A/K/A Theotis Ingram, Lisa L. Patterson-Ingram, the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.manatee.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at 11:00 A.M. on March 27, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:
The South 4 Feet Of Lot 17, Block D, Lincoln Heights Subdivision, According To The Plat Thereof As Recorded In Plat Book 1, Page 297 Of The Public Records Of Manatee County, Florida; Also: Begin At The Nw Corner Of Lot 20, Block D Of Said Subdivision, Thence Easterly Along The North Line Of Said Lot 20, A Distance Of 120 Feet To The Northeast Corner Thereof, Thence South Along East Line Of Said Lot 20, A Distance Of 40.0 Feet To An Iron Pipe; Thence Westerly A Distance Of 120.02 Feet To A Point On The West Line Of Said Lot 20, A Distance Of 39.0 Feet South Of The Point Of Beginning, Thence North Along The West Line Of Said Lot 20, A Distance Of 39.0 Feet To The Point Of Beginning.

IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER 60 DAYS, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
