NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 14, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2013CA004244AX, of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida. BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., is Plaintiff and JUNE PHAN; HUNG THANH PHAN, are defendants. Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 22nd day of May, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 10, BLOCK 1, CEDAR MANOR, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGE 28, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the
surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
