NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated February 25, 2014 and entered in Case No. 41-2013-CA-002898 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida wherein HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR DEUTSCHE ALT-B SECURITIES, MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2007-AB1 is the Plaintiff and NACHBI BERNARD ALSO KNOWN AS NACHBI J. BERNARD; MARIE A. BERNARD; ABERDEEN HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION OF MANATEE COUNTY, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at on the Internet at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on the 27th day of March, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
