UNIT NO. 68, PAR 72, PHASE 4, A CONDMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 915, PAGE 837 ET SEQ AND SECOND AMENDMENT TO DECLARATION RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 955, PAGE 1344, AND RERECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 994, PAGE 607, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDO BOOK 5, PAGE 23, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS THEREOF AND THE APPURTENANCES THERETO.
has been filed against you and you are required to file a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it, on Charles P. Gufford, McCalla Raymer, LLC, 225 E. Robinson Street, Suite 660, Orlando, FL 32801 and file the original with the Clerk of the above-styled Court on or before 30 days from the first publication, otherwise a Judgment may be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
