YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action has been commenced to foreclose a mortgage on the following real property, lying and being and situated in Sarasota County, Florida, more particularly described as follows:
LOT 1, BLOCK 2496, OF FIFTIETH (50TH) ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 21, PAGES 7 AND 7A THROUGH 7H, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
COMMONLY KNOWN AS: 6690 Landover Terrace, North Port, FL 34287
This action has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defense, if any, such Morris Hardwick Schneider, LLC, Attorneys for Plaintiff, whose address is 5110 Eisenhower Blvd, Suite 302A, Tampa, FL 33634 on or before April 7th 2014, and file the original with the clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately there after; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
