CONDOMINIUM UNIT 101, LIDO BEACH CLUB, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1044 PAGE 1177 TO 1216, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND AS PER THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 8, PAGES 3, 3A TO 3C, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 09:00 AM, on the 1st day of April, 2014. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
