Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on July 16, 2012, and the Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale entered on February 13, 2014, in this cause, in the Circuit Court of Sarasota County, Florida, the clerk shall sell the property situated in Sarasota County, Florida, described as:
LOT 5, BLOCK 6, NEWTOWN SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK A, PAGE 53, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.

at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, online at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, on March 21, 2014 beginning at 09:00 AM.
