Notice is hereby given that pursuant to a Final Judgment in Foreclosure filed on December 18, 2013, in the above-entitled cause in the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, the Clerk will sell at public sale to the highest bidder for cash, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, using the following method: By electronic sale beginning at 9:00 a.m. on the prescribed date at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com on the 31st day of March, 2014, those certain parcels of real property situated in Sarasota County, Florida, described as follows:

The Northerly 5 acres of Lot 80, Hidden River, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 18, Page 41, Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida, being more particularly described as follows:
Begin at the Northeast corner of Lot 80 for a point of beginning; thence South 34 degrees 19 minutes 31 seconds West along Hidden River Road, 338.36 feet; thence North 72 degrees 25 minutes 28 seconds West (parallel to Northerly line of Lot 80), 691.76 feet; thence North 40 degrees 22 minutes 30 seconds East, 351.46 feet; thence South 72 degrees 25 minutes 28 seconds East along Northerly line of Lot 80, 653.08 feet to the point of beginning.
