NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated January 29, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2012 CA 003857 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA COUNTY, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA,, is Plaintiff, and BRENDA JONES DURST A/K/A BRENDA ELLEN DURST A/K/A BRENDA J. DURST A/K/A BRENDA JONES, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 09:00 AM at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 26 day of March, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Beginning at the Southwest corner of the North 1/2 of Lot 8, Block 2, SARASOTA-VENICE COMPANYS SUBDIVISION, of Section 4, Township 37 South, Range 18 East, according to the Plat thereof recorded In Plat Book 2, Page 18. of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida, and as recorded In Plat Book A, Page 13, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida; run thence East along the South line of said North 1/2 of said Lot 8, a distance of 353 feet for a point of beginning: thence run North and parallel to the East line of said Lot 8, a distance of 150 feet; thence run East and parallel to the South line of said North 1/2 of said Lot 8, a distance of 100 feet; thence run South and parallel to the East line of said Lot 8, a distance of 150 feet to said South Line of said North 1/2 of said Lot 8; thence run West a distance of 100 feet along said South line of said North 1/2 of said Lot 8, to the point of beginning.
