NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Summary Judgement of Foreclosure dated February 21, 2014 entered in Civil Case No. 36-2013-CA-051830 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on 24 day of March, 2014, at 9:00 a.m. at website: https://www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 27, BLOCK 4158, CAPE CORAL, UNIT 59, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 19, PAGE 142, INCLUSIVE, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
