NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Judgment of Foreclosure Including Award of Attorneys' Fees and Costs dated October 9, 2009 and an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated February 24, 2014, entered in Civil Case No.: 08-CA-050324 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE ON BEHALF OF BCAP LLC TRUST 2007-AA2, Plaintiff, and YOLIMA A. TAMAYO; ___ TAMAYO, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF YOLIMA A. TAMAYO, IF MARRIED; HENRY A. HERNANDEZ; JOHN DOE; AND JANE DOE, are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on the 26 day of March, 2014, the following described real property as set forth in said Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 2, BLOCK 69, UNIT 12, SECTION 21, TOWNSHIP 45 SOUTH, RANGE 27 EAST OF THE CERTAIN SUBDIVISION KNOW AS LEHIGH ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 18, PAGE 65, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
