NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed Feb. 21, 2014, entered in Case No. 13-CA-051672 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Indenture Trustee, for New Century Home Equity Loan Trust 2005-1 is the Plaintiff and Nilsa Betancourt; Unknown Spouse of Nilsa Betancourt; City of Cape Coral; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the 24 day of April, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 32 AND 33, BLOCK 1680, UNIT 64, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 21, PAGE 82 THROUGH 95, INCLUSIVE, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
