NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 21, 2014 and entered in Case No. 13-CA-053883 in the Circuit Court in and for Lee County, Florida wherein PEBBLE BEACH AT LAGUNA LAKES ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida Not For Profit Corporation, is Plaintiff, and wherein Defendants ABNER HERRERA; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ABNER HERRERA N/K/A ILLIANA HERRERA; and all other Defendants, are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in accordance with section 45.031, Florida Statutes, at: www.lee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM, on the 24th day of March, 2014, the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit 103, Building K of Pebble Beach at Laguna Lakes, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 4211, page 4187 of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida and any amendments thereto, together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto.

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
