COSTELLO, et al. are the Defendants, Lee County Clerk of Court will sell the property situated in Lee County, Florida, described as:
LOT 75 OF THAT CERTAIN SUBDIVISION KNOWN AS PALMETTO POINT, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT ON FILE AND RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 29, PAGES 21 TO 23, INCLUSIVE, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest bidder, for cash, at the www.lee.realforeclose.com at 09:00 AM, on the 7 day of April, 2014. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
