F/K/A SOVEREIGN BANK was the Plaintiff, and WERNER S. REBHOLZ, ET AL., the Defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, by electronic sale beginning at 9:00 a.m. at www.lee.realforeclose.com on the 20th day of March, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
TRACT 404, SAN CARLOS ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 557, PAGES 354 AND 355, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA
any person claiming an interest in the surplus of the sale, if any, other than the property owner, as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
