NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 28, 2014, and entered in Case No. 36-2012-CA-053084 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida in which Nationstar Mortgage LLC f/k/a Centex Home Equity Company, LLC, is the Plaintiff and Michele Wedemeyer also known as Michele Wright, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for America's Wholesale Lender, Tenant # 1, Tenant # 2, The Unknown Spouse of Michele Wedemeyer also known as Michele Wright, Walter R Wedemeyer, are defendants, the Lee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes , Lee County, Florida at 9:00am on the 29 day of May, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
