A TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND BEING PART OF THE WEST 1/2 OF BLOCKS 9 AND 10 OF PERRY'S SUBDIVISION AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1 AT PAGE 18, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, LYING IN SECTION 23, TOWNSHIP 43 SOUTH, RANGE 27 EAST: COMMENCING AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF THE NORTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 23; THENCE RUN SOUTH 00Ëš 03'11” WEST, FOR 25.00 FEET TO THE APPARENT SOUTH RIGHT OF WAY LINE OF NORTH RIVER ROAD; THENCE RUN SOUTH 89Ëš 37'32” EAST, ALONG SAID RIGHTOFWAY LINE FOR 100.00 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING OF THE HEREIN DESCRIBED PARCEL. YOU ARE REQUIRED to serve a copy of your written defenses on or before a date which is within 30 days after the first publication, if any, on Elizabeth R. Wellborn, P.A., Plaintiff's Attorney, whose address is 350 Jim Moran Blvd., Suite 100, Deerfield Beach, Florida 33442, and file the original with this Court either before service on Plaintiff's Attorney, or immediately thereafter; otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint or Petition.
