MURRAY; D. CRAE CLEMENTS; CAMERON R. MURRAY; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.; THE ESTERO BEACH AND TENNIS CLUB, INC., are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Linda Doggett will sell to the highest bidder for cash www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 A.m. on the 30 day of June, 2014, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
UNIT A-401 OF THE ESTERO BEACH AND TENNIS CLUB, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1357, PAGE 125, AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 366, AS AMENDED, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA
TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO AS SET FORTH IN SAID DECLARATION
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
