NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed February 8, 2014, and entered in Case No. 36-2012-CA-050990 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS CWABS, INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-11 is the Plaintiff and Michael Hatton, Diana L. Hatton A/K/A Diana Hatton, the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.lee.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions, at 9:00 a.m. on the 31 day of March, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 20, In Block 34, San Carlos Park Unit No. 8, According To The Plat Thereof, Recorded In Deed Book 319, At Pages 513-515, And Lot 21, In Block 34, San Carlos Park Unit No. 8-A, According To The Plat Thereof Recorded In Plat Book 14, At Page 58, Both In The Public Records Of Lee County, Florida.
