NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure filed Feb. 28, 2014, and entered in Case No. 12-CA-054827 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP, is Plaintiff, and JEANETTE MEYER, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 9:00 am at www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 30 day of June, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Lots 13 and 14, Block 4446, Unit 63, CAPE CORAL, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 21, Pages 48 through 81, inclusive, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
