NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated February 28, 2014, entered in Civil Case No. 2012-CA-055386 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association as Trustee, Successor in Interest to Bank of America, National Association Successor by Merger to LaSalle Bank NA as Trustee for Washington Mutual Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates WMALT Series 2006-6 Trust, Plaintiff and Charles J. Conrod a/k/a Charles Conrod and Andrea K. Conrod, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Linda Doggett, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BEGINNING 9:00 A.M. AT WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES on April 30, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
