Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on January 30, 2014, in this cause, in the Circuit Court of Pasco County, Florida, the clerk shall sell the property situated in Pasco County, Florida, described as:
LOT 1041, REGENCY PAR UNIT FOUR, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS THE SAME IS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGES 14 AND 15, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.

at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, online at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, on March 24, 2014 beginning at 11:00 AM.
