NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated February 18, 2014 and entered in Case No. 51-2013-CA-001003ES of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS,DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS CLAIMING BY, THROUGH,UNDER, OR AGAINST MICHAEL WILLIAMS A/K/A MICHAEL ERNEST WILLIAMS, DECEASED; PATRICK MICHAEL WILLIAMS A/K/A PATRICK M. WILLIAMS, AS AN HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF MICHAEL WILLIAMS A/K/A MICHAEL ERNEST WILLIAMS, DECEASED; MARIA ELIZABETH SHEPHERD A/K/A MARIA E.
