LOT 30, THE LAKES, UNIT 1, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 17, PAGES 57 THROUGH 59 INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 9636 RICHWOOD LN, PORT RICHEY, FL 34668; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, www.pasco.realforeclose.com, on March 31, 2014 at 11:00 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
