NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered January 30, 2014 in Civil Case No. 51-2012-CA-006334WS of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Dade City, Florida, wherein BRANCH BANKING AND TRUST COMPANY is Plaintiff and DAMON CORSO, MINDY CORSO, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION #2, FAIRWAY SPRINGS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION #1 N/K/A NICOLE COLLINS, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pasco.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 25th day of March, 2014 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 39, of A REPLAT OF FAIRWAY SPRINGS UNIT TWO, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 20, at pages 74 and 75, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
