NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 11, 2014 and entered in CASE NO: 2008-CA-0466-ES of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida wherein Ocwen Loan Servicing, LLC is the Plaintiff, and Joshua D. Nordholm, et al. are the Defendants, the Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, online at www.pasco.realforeclose.com @ 11:00 AM, on the 1st day of April, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
