NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 29th day of January, 2014, and entered in Case No. 51-2012-CA-006480-XXXX-WS, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the Pasco County's Public Auction website, www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 A.M. on the 25th day of March, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 257, VENICE ESTATE SUBDIVISION SECOND ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 16, PAGE 12 AND 13 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
