Commence at the Northwest corner of said Section 11, thence South 89 degrees 53 minutes 02 seconds East, along the North boundary of said Section 11, a distance of 1430.00 feet, thence South a distance of 472.07 feet, thence West a distance of 237.06 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence South 06 degrees 24 minutes 45 seconds East, a distance of 282.83 feet; thence South 83 degrees 35 minutes 15 seconds West, a distance of 150.00 feet; thence North 06 degrees 24 minutes 45 seconds West, a distance of 298.83 feet; thence East a distance of 150.94 feet to the Point of Beginning.Commonly known as: 14302 Turner Loop, Springhill, Florida 34610,
