NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to an order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 4, 2014 and entered in case 2013-CA-004194-CAAX-WS of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit and for Pasco County, Florida wherein Space Coast Credit Union is the Plaintiff and Cecilia C. Velasco is the Defendant, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for case at: www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00am on the 25th of MARCH, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment to wit:
Lot 858, REGENCY PARK UNIT FIVE, according to Map or Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 12, Pages 50 and 51 of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida (legal description).
