NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 24, 2012, and entered in Case No. 51-2010-CA-001966-ES-J-4, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida. WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS, PARK PLACE SECURITIES, INC. 2004-WCW1, ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2004-WCW1, is Plaintiff and ERNEST A. BOUCHARD; NICOLE BOUCHARD; SABLE RIDGE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., are defendants. Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 10th day of April, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 3 , HERON POINT AT SABLE RIDGE PHASE 1A, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT OR MAP THEREOF DESCRIBED IN PLAT BOOK 33, AT PAGE(S) 33-35, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
