NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated February 25, 2014 and entered in Case No. 51-2012-CA-000277ES of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is the Plaintiff and ROHAN PERSHADSINGH; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ROHAN PERSHADSINGH N/K/A JANE DOE; ABEY JOSEPH; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ABEY JOSEPH N/K/A ARLENE JOSEPH; PAMELA PERSHADSINGH; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.PASCO.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES at 11:00AM, on 04/14/2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
