TO: ALL CREDITORS AND OTHER INTERESTED PARTIES please take notice that:
1. On October 31, 2013, a Petition was filed commencing an Assignment for the Benefit of Creditors, pursuant to Chapter 727 Fla. Stat. (1997), made by Broadsource Technologies, Inc., Assignor, with its principal place of business in Hillsborough County, Florida at 8870 N. Himes Avenue, Suite 319, Tampa, FL 33846, and Andrea Bauman, Assignee, whose address is PO Box 907, Highland City, Florida 33846.
2. Pursuant to ยง727.105, Fla. Stat. (1997), no proceeding may be commenced against the Assignee except as provided in Chapter 727, and excepting the case of the secured creditor enforcing its rights in collateral under Chapter 727, and excepting the case of the secured creditor enforcing its rights in collateral under Chapter 679, there shall be no levy, execution, attachment or the like, in connection with any judgment or claim against assets of the Estate, other than real property, in the possession, custody or control of the Assignee.
3. Pursuant to Florida Statute 727.108(4), the Assignee will conduct the business of the assignor for a limited period of time in order to maximize the asset value of the assignor. It is anticipated that the business will operate for no more than a week in order to close out customer orders to ensure the collection of receivable.
4. YOU ARE HEREBY FURTHER NOTIFIED that in order to receive any dividend in this proceeding, you must file a Proof of Claim (a copy of which is enclosed) with the Assignee, Andrea Bauman, PO Box 907, Highland City, Florida 33846, on or before February 28, 2014.
