NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 26, 2013, and entered in Case No. 10-CA-021842, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida. U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR TBW MORTGAGE-BACKED TRUST SERIES 2006-2, TBW MORTGAGE-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-2 (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and MAGED BARSOUM; KIMBERLY BARSOUM A/K/A KIMBERLEY BARSOUM; PAVILION PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; CAROLINA FIRST SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO MERCANTILE BANK, are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 8th day of April, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 170. PAVILION, PHASE 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 82, PAGE 67, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
