NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered September 25, 2013 in Civil Case No. 09-CA-027245 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Tampa, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. is Plaintiff and ROBERTO BARBERITO, GLENDA BARBERITO, THE FALLS AT NEW TAMPA CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., JANE DOE, JOHN DOE, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 21st day of March, 2014 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Unit No 13025 Building 6 of The Falls at New Tampa, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 16709 at Page 769 of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida, together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto and all amendments thereof as set forth in said Declaration A/K/A 13110 Arbor Isle, Dr., Tampa, Fl 33637
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
