NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 31, 2013, entered in Case No. 12-CA-015646 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein OneWest Bank, FSB is the Plaintiff and Bryon Arthur; Unknown Spouse of Bryon Arthur; Lara Arthur; Unknown Spouse of Lara Arthur; If Living, Including any Unknown Spouse of Said Defendant(s), if Remarried, and if Deceased, the Respective Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Creditors, Lienors, and Trustees, and all other Persons Claiming by, Through, Under or Against the Named Defendant(s); Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m on the 15th day of April, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
ALL THAT CERTAIN LAND SITUATE IN HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, VIZ: BEGGINING AT A POINT 896.3 FEET EAST OF THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 23, TOWNSHIP 30 SOUTH, RANGE 22 EAST, RUN THENCE EAST 210 FEET, THENCE NORTH 210 FEET, THENCE WEST 210 FEEET, AND THENCE SOUTH 210 FEET TO POINT OF BEGGINING, LESS THAT PART LYING WITHIN 40 FEET OF THE SURVEY LINE OF STATE ROAD S-640, SECTION 1078 LYING AND BEING IN HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
