STEAD, II A/K/A GEOFFREY STEAD; HELENE CHANEY A/K/A HELENE MALIN CHANEY; TERRACE OAKS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; AMERICAN EXPRESS CENTURION BANK; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 07/15/2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
