NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment entered in Case No. 12-CA-004923 DIV H in the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF THE ACE SECURITIES CORP. HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST, ASSET BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2006-CW1, Plaintiff, and, THOMAS FARRELL MARTIN AKA THOMAS F. MARTIN, JR AKA THOMAS MARTIN, et. al., are Defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at the hour of 10:00AM, on the APRIL 4, 2014, the following described property:
LOT 15, BLOCK 3, WINDMERE - UNIT I, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 48, PAGE 48, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
