Final Judgment was awarded on January 30, 2014 in Civil Case No.: 09-CA-028280, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, WACHOVIA MORTGAGE, FSB. F.K.A. WORLD SAVINGS BANK, is the Plaintiff, and, KIMBERLY ANDERSON; WACHOVIA MORTGAGE FSB; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
