Final Judgment was awarded on November 18, 2013 in Civil Case No.: 29 2009 CA 026008, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOAN SERVICING, L.P., is the Plaintiff, and, MARIE BLACK; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MARIE BLACK, IF ANY; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
