NORTH 45 FEET OF LOTS 11 AND 12, BLOCK E, A CORRECTED PLAT OF CLEARWATER IMPROVEMENT CO. PLAZA PARK EDITION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 115, PAGE 53, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH FLORIDA, OF WHICH PINELLAS COUNTY WAS FORMERLY A PART.
and commonly known as: 405 A & B VINE AVE, CLEARWATER, 33755; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the Pinellas County auction website at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on March 25, 2014 at 10:00 a.m..
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
