NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to an order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 5, 2014 and entered in case 2013-CI-005242 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit and for Pinellas County, Florida wherein Space Coast Credit Union is the Plaintiff and Thomas F. Haughey and Patrician Oaks Condominium Association, In. are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for case at: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 am on the May 7, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment to wit:
Apartment No. 310 , PATRICIAN OAKS UNIT IV, A CONDOMINIUM, according to Condominium Plat Book 24, Page 92, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 4535, Page 652, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
Property Address: 840 Virginia Street #310. Dunedin, Florida 34698.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than Property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
