NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered February 4, 2014 in Civil Case No. 2012-CA-010203 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Clearwater, Florida, wherein LOANCARE, A DIVISION OF FNF SERVICING, INC. is Plaintiff and JEAN D. ROMANIK, MICHAEL BOCCUTI, PATRICIA M. BOCCUTI, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION #1 NKA MIKE BILLIAN, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION #2, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JEAN D ROMANIK, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 24th day of March, 2014 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 3, Block A, VIRGINIA GROVES TERRACE FIFTH ADDITION, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 51, Pages 43 and 44, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
