Condominium Parcel: Unit No. K, of Contemporary Suites Condominium, according to the Plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 57, Page(s) 32 through 34, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 5290, Pages 1477 through 1574, together with such additions and amendments to said Declaration and Condominium Plat as from time to time may be made and together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto. All as recorded in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.

Main Street, Suite 900, Dayton, Ohio 45402, and file the original with the Clerk of the above-styled Court on or before the 07 day of April, 2014; otherwise an ORDER may be entered granting said money judgment and foreclosure.
