NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated January 28, 2014, and entered in Case No. 522012CA015337XXCICI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS COUNTY, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE, SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO BANK OF AMERICA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO LASALLE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR WASHINGTON MUTUAL MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES WMALT SERIES 2007-OC2 TRUST, is Plaintiff, and BRIAN T. ODEA A/K/A BRIAN THOMAS O'DEA, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 AM at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 20 day of March, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 15, Block 4, SHOREVIEW PHASE I, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 84, Page(s) 51 and 52, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
