NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that on March 18, 2014, beginning at 9:30 a.m., a public hearing will be held by the Board of County Commissioners in the County Commission Assembly Room, Fifth Floor, Pinellas County Courthouse, 315 Court Street, Clearwater, Florida, to consider the petition of Daniel Riese and Nancy Riese to vacate, abandon and/or close the following:

A portion of St. Louis Avenue Right-of-Way, W.V. Futrell's Subdivision, as recorded in Hillsborough County Plat Book 1, Page 4, in Section 11, Township 28, Range 15 of which Pinellas County was formerly a part of and reserving a drainage and utility easement over the vacated area.

Persons are advised that, if they decide to appeal any decision made at this meeting/hearing, they will need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
