NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered February 3, 2014 in Civil Case No. 2010-CA-12007 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Clearwater, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. is Plaintiff and ELZBIETA CAMLET, ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANTS(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS , THE LAKES, UNIT 2, PHASE 2 HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., TENANT #1, TENANT #2, TENANT #3, TENANT #4, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ELZBIETA CAMLET, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 25th day of March, 2014 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 137, THE LAKES UNIT 2, PHASE 2, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 102, Page 79, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
