NOTICE OF PRESERVATION OF THE DECLARATION OF
COVENANTS AND RESTRICTIONS AND GRANT OF EASEMENTS
FOR DAVENTRY SQUARE
Pursuant to Florida Statutes §712.05, Daventry Square Community Association, Inc., whose post office address is c/o Ameri-Tech Property Management, Inc., 24701 U.S. Highway 19 N, Suite 102, Clearwater, Florida 33763, files this notice that the Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions and Grant of Easements for Daventry Square has been preserved for thirty (30) years from the filing date of this notice. A copy of the Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions and Grant of Easements for Daventry Square, along with any amendment or supplements to same, is attached hereto and made a part hereof as Exhibit “A”.
Approval of the preservation of the Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions and Grant of Easements for Daventry Square was approved on 20th day of February, 2014 by a vote of at least 2/3 of the members of the Board of Directors of Daventry Square Community Association, Inc., conducted at a meeting after notice to the members of the Association pursuant to Florida Statutes §712.05.
An Affidavit of Delivery to Members was made by the Secretary of Daventry Square Community Association, Inc., pursuant to Florida Statute §712.06(b) and is attached hereto and made a part hereof as Exhibit “B”.
The Land affected by this notice is as described on the Plat of Daventry Square Unit 1, the Plat of Daventry Square Unit 2, the Plat of Daventry Square Unit 3, the Plat of Daventry Square Unit 4, the Plat of Daventry Square Unit 5, and the Plat of Daventry Square Unit 6 recorded in Plat Book 86, Page 51, Plat Book 87, Page 41, Plat Book 87, Page 94, Plat Book 92, Page 10, Plat Book 92, Page 30 and Plat Book 96, Page 55, respectively, all of the of the Public Records in and for Pinellas County, Florida.
