NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 18, 2013, and entered in 52-2010-014712 CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P., is the Plaintiff and PAMELA GAIL ELLIS A/K/A PAMELA G. ELLIS A/K/A PAMELA G. KREPS; ROBERT J. KREPS are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on March 19, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 7, IN BLOCK 6, OF VIRGINIA GROVES ESTATES FIRST ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 47, PAGE 41, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
